What does “Smart, Fit, and Clean” mean?

SMART

This refers to mental fitness, mental health, mental acuity.  Being smart means being intelligent, wise, and knowledgeable. It means making better decisions.  The “Smart” in Smart, Fit, and Clean signifies the health of your mind.

FIT

This refers to physical fitness, physical health, physical preparedness.  To be fit is to be strong, mobile, and energetic.  It means being capable to handle the physical challenges of your life.  The “Fit” in Smart, Fit, and Clean signifies the health of your body.

CLEAN

This refers to spiritual fitness, spiritual health, spiritual well-being.  To be clean is to have a clean heart, a clean conscious, and a clean environment.  It means cleaning up your act.  The “Clean” in Smart, Fit, and Clean signifies the health of your spirit.
